c. whether they are Users on the system or not

e. With any number of attachments
f. We will have a record of every email sent
g. We will know if an email has bounced .. we can automatically delete or disable and email if it bounces x times
h. We will usually know whether an email has been read
New things that will be possible
a. The sender can have a detailed report for each email sent, showing bounces and views
b. We can see, for every User, what emails they’ve received. c. We will be able to report on advertisement ‘views’ accurately, which will be important for setting rates
Recording emails sent:
a. The feature will store every email sent, including the UserID of the sender and recipients, and not only the content, but the email addresses of the recipients at the time.
b. We must cater for recipients who are not Users, such as Advertisers c. All emails will contain a unique hidden image, which will, when the email is opened (and image downloading is switched on), record the date/time the email was read
