For adjusting your Internet Settings in IE the instructions are below but similar options are available for MACs or other browsers, just ask Google for the details!

* Go into Internet Explorer and bring up a browser window
* The click on the toolbar at the top of the page – Tools
* In the drop down – choose “Internet Options”
* Under the heading Temporary Internet Files select Settings
* You will now see “Check for newer versions of stored pages “ and have an option to tick ---- “Every visit to the Page”
* Make sure this is ticked.
* Click OK and then OK until the window closes again.
* In here you can also delete your old internet files and/or Cookies that are stored here in the same way – it is best to do this quite regularly as some browsers get confused with old and new pages and old and new passwords/pages.
